He is survived by: his wife Linda Cameron Bailey; his children, Herman Herbert "Bert" Bailey, III (Patricia) of Summerville, Christopher Bailey of Georgetown and Melissa Bailey of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Brittany Stephens (Jarrad) of Niceville, FL and Cody Bailey of Georgetown; and his great grandchildren, Kherington Stephens and Emma Stephens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
