With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry L. Young Jr. (Georgetown, South Carolina), who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis "Doc" Young Sr. and Hazel West; his daughter Jessie Caroline Young; and his siblings, Jacquolene Gould, Donna Thompson, LarryYoung, Deryl Young and Michael Young.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Heppding Young; his children, Lisa Young Swann (Neal) of Georgetown, SC., Lori Young Flaherty (Shawn) of Simpsonville, SC. and Henry Lewis Young III (Liza) of Georgetown, SC.; his brothers, Joe Young Yauhannah (Linda) and Lamar Young (Sally) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Richie Swann (Christy), Garrett Swann, Ashley Young, Doc Young, Regan Flaherty, Gillian Flaherty and Owen Flaherty.
Memorials may be made to Georgetown Presbyterian Church in lieu of flowers.
