She is survived by: her sons, Harry Lee Woodruff, Jr. (Butch) of Wilmington, NC, Tommy Small of Temperanceville, VA and Andrew Small of Georgetown, SC.; her grandchildren, Kassandra Bourne (Stevie) of Georgetown, SC, Chelsea Decker (Mike) of Temperanceville, VA and Courtney Tilghman (Raejon) of Salisbury, MD.; her great grandchildren, Michaela Bourne, Matthew Bourne, Mason Bourne, Jaslyn Woodruff of Georgetown, SC, Colby Decker, Addison Decker of Temperanceville, VA, Amir Lankford, Amari Tilghman, Malcolm Tilghman, Zayn Tilghman and Kyro Tilghman of Salisbury, MD.; and her brother Steve Miller (Pat). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
