Though Elizabeth has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donnie Earl Lacey and Jacquelyn Dorinda Stein; and her former husband Frank Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Robert Lacey (Rachel), Samantha Lacey, Catherine Hillis (Clayton), Jimmy Reid, Terry Bowen, Jr. and Amanda Teppenpaw (Jason); and her brothers, Michael "Mickey" Lacey (Cindy) and Jimmy Williams. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Georgetown Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home (2156 N Fraser St, Georgetown, SC 29440).
