She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Shuler Powell; and her siblings, Betty Dennis, Harry Francis Powell, Joe Powell and Greg Powell.
She is survived by: her spouse L. H.; her children, Dr. Bryan Cribb (Kari) and Cathy Polk (Riley); her grandchildren, Dr. Shuler Polk (Jane), Betsy Watson (Richmond), Helen Pindar (Lindsay), Carson Martin (Taylor), Annie Cribb and Madelyn Polk; and also, Margaret Miller, Gwendolyn Holloman, Julie Varn and Ronald Powell.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union United Methodist Church (8209 Rose Hill Road, Georgetown, SC 29440).
