He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elmo "Pat" Paschal and Betty Holtzscheiter Paschal; his grandmother Jessie Bernice Holtzscheiter; his uncle Earl Holtzscheiter; and his brothers, Clarence Elmo "Buddy" Paschal and Philip Paschal.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Howell Paschal; his daughters, Betty Regina Paschal and Melissa Lee Paschal; his brother Raymond Curtis Paschal (Sandra); his grandchildren, Shelby Eades Ucroz, Abigail Ann Eades, Broderick David Eades, Mattilyn Paschal King, Jesse Ryan King and Sloan Betty Moulder; his nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Heather, Nicole, Necole, Jimmy, Lee, Brett, Timothy and Shell; his uncle Eddie Lawrence Paschal; and his siblings-in-law, Howell (Sheila), Yevonne Morris (Alton) and Connie Allen (Randy).
