Christopher Woodsides Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2024, at the age of 47, Christopher Woodsides (Georgetown, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Christopher had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Christopher may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jessica Dale Lambert Woodsides; his parent Virginia Ruby Smith Woodsides; his children, Christopher Dylan Woodsides, Dusty Ray "Bud" Hechler, II, Naythan Dale Hechler and Emma Payge Hechler; his brother Ian Robert Woodsides (Sherry Morris); his mother-in-law Kathy Lambert; and his pet Casper. He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Ringel Heights Baptist Church (78 County Rd S-22-393, Georgetown, SC 29440).
