He is survived by: his mother Ginger Williams Wheeler; his brother Joseph Legrand Wheeler of Georgetown; his nieces, Keelie Wheeler and Ambry Wheeler; his aunt Tommie Ann Player (Eugene) of Georgetown; and his cousins, Robin Hilburn (Kenny) of Georgetown, Clifford Cribb (Brenda) of Georgetown, Pam Blanton, Devin Smith (Perry) of Georgetown and Tabitha Tilton of Georgetown.
