Johnson, II (Dorothy) and Joshua Allan Johnson (Jenna); his grandchildren, Carson, David Lee, Nicholas, Travis, Jenna Anderson, Alex Wall, Sebastian, Mikayla Johnson, Shelby Forrester (Zack), Julia and Jonas Johnson; his stepgrandsons, Spencer and Grant Wall; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Roxy and Alexander Forrester.
