Smalls Tucker (Willie) of Columbia, SC, Erica Smalls Ferguson (Keith) of Jacksonville, FL, Sharetha Smalls Mehdi (Saad) of Algeria, Matthew Smalls, Jr. of Tampa, FL. and Michael Andre Smalls of Georgetown, SC; and his grandson Matthew Logan Smalls III. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
