It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Lambert of Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Fulton and Katie T. Powell Fulton; and her sister Natalie Avant. She is survived by: her son Frankie Lambert (Linda) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Brandy Lambert and Joshua Lambert of Georgetown; her great grandchild Joshua Justain Lambert of Georgetown; and her brothers, Sam Fulton of Leesville, LA and Vernon Fulton (Gwen) of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
