She was predeceased by: her parents, James Buron Price and Rose Nettie Worrell Price; and her sisters, Rose Marie Overton and Jean Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Foxworth (Nicole) of Myrtle Beach and Jason Foxworth of Myrtle Beach; and her close friend Mary Martha.
