He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert M. Ard and Alliefair Ard (Casselman); his wife Janella Ard; his son Aaron Ard; and his siblings, Wendell, Arnold Ard and Alberta Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Ard (Teresa) and Angie Lambert (Timmy); his grandchildren, Christepher Terry (Ashley), Amber Roberts (Keith), Brittany Howell (Matt) and Dawson Lambert; his great grandchildren, Brandy, Harper, Ayden Terry, Cheyenne, Jana, Margaret Ann Roberts, Marleigh, Carter and Leah Howell; and his sister Annette Ard Howard.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Happy Home Freewill Baptist Church (56 County Rd S-22-38, Andrews, SC 29510). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
