He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dean Church, II and Betty Jane Wickline Church; and his sister Carol Peters. He is survived by: his wife Alice Marie Ard Church; his children, Albert Dean Church, IV (Ann) of Effingham, IL, Richard Andrew Church (Renee) of Georgetown, Steven Church (Alicia) of Georgetown, Chester Allen Church (Lisa) of Surfside Beach and Carol Ann Swails (Billy) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Albert D. Church, Margaret Ann Church of Chicago, IL, Tyler Church of Charlotte, NC, Sarah Ann Church of Georgetown, Elizabeth High of Charleston, Alex High of Georgetown, Thomas Church of Georgetown, Magen Cormier (Josh) of Georgetown, Ty Swails of Fayetteville, AL, Tripp Swails (Courtney) of Andrews and Mary Alice Swails (Melody Jane Swails) of Andrews; and his siblings, Jane Kay Lippert (Doug) of Florida, Gary Church (Melody) of Washington, IL and William Church (Jayne) of Michigan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
