He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Gordon Sullivan Jr. and Betty Jean Alewine; his stepdaughter Jennifer Willis; his son-in-law Patrick Williams; his aunt Mary Kinney; and his uncles, Edgar Alewine and Steve Alewine.
He is survived by: his wife Kackhai Gail Panthavong; his children, Jason Willis and Jessica Williams; the mother of his children Katherine Pelletier; his siblings, Gordon Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan (Thiphakhinh) and Stacy Taylor (Glenn); his grandchildren, Wesley Willis, Kyler Williams, Samantha Williams and Gavin Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Lily Taylor, Abigail Taylor, Phelan Sullivan and London Elliott.
