He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Huggins and Irene Huggins Broughton; and his brother Frankie Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Huggins; his daughter Vickie Saverance (Ricky); his stepson Aaron Buller (Deborah); his grandchildren, Chad Bryant (Erica), Matthew Bryant, Brayden Buller, Cole Buller and Ella Buller; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Cooper and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Pete Huggins, Milford Huggins, Wilma Smith (Tillman), Dot Huggins, Marilyn Branch and Marvlene Branch (Billy).
