He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith (Dale) of Gaston and Johny Hood; and his sisters, Bertha Hutto of West Columbia and Mary Strickland of West Columbia. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren.
