She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Williams and Dorothy Padgett; her husband James Gartman; her brothers, George Mills, Jessie Mills and Steve Mills; her grandson Robert John Shirey; her children, Teresa Purvis (Glenn Sr.), Randy Shirey (Marlene) and Crystal Floyd (Austin); her sister Faye Newman (Hank); her grandchildren, Kyle Shirey, Glenn Purvis Jr. (Kelly) and Gary Purvis (Cindi); her great grandchildren, Sadie Purvis, Khloe Purvis, Peyton Purvis and Chase Wada; and her pet Joey. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
