It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lauren Ashley Singleton of Gaston, South Carolina, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandfather Tommy Cotton. She is survived by : her parents, David Lester Cotton (Robin) and Lisa Gaye Cotton; her children, Hunter Edwin Pugh and Chloe Anne Singleton; her siblings, Taylor Cotton and Stacy Raulerson; and her grandparents, Susie Deeters (John), Sonny Haile (Priscilla) and Shirley Cotton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel (609 Northwood Rd, Lexington, SC 29072). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery (2349 Old State Rd, Swansea, SC 29160).
