He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Neal and Eudell Gooding. He is survived by: his wife Eloise O'Neal; his children, Garry, Johnny, Paul O'Neal and Debbie Hendrix; and his sister Gladys Martin. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
