He is survived by: his grandchildren, Caroline, Bailey and Finnley; his wife Debbie; his children, Kristen (Billy Skipper) and John Fulmer; and his brother Walter Fulmer (Tonya). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a circle of friends and family.
