He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Furtick and Violet Spires Furtick; and his siblings, Ross Furtick, Milo Furtick, Marcella Crim and Jessie Chavis.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher Furtick, Roddy Furtick (Maribel), Jason Furtick (Kimberly) and Kristen McCollum; his grandchildren, Dakota, C. J. Furtick, Greyson, Ariah, Gavyn, Grant Mack and Jonah Furtick; and his siblings, Frances Furtick and Stanley Furtick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
