He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacques and Helen Jacques; his sister Jeannie Derrick; and his stepdaughter Janice Starnes. He is survived by: his wife Ann Jacques; his children, James M. Jacques, Michelle J. Phillips, Anthony Jacques, Melissa "Mel" Johnston and Micky Dill; and his siblings, Shirley Vogel, Charles "Tony" Jacques, Nancy Hammer and Charlene Hoffman.
