He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin R. Rish and Winona "Nonie" Rish; his parents-in-law, Albert "Bud" Raymond and Grace Raymond; his brother Rev. Bob Rish; and his brother-in-law Darell Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Rish; his daughters, Dr. Melany L. Rish and Deanna Bari Rish; his siblings, Gene Rish (Kathy), Pamela Davis and Susie Bailey (Perry); his sisters-in-law, Vivian Rish, Phyllis Brant (George), Wanda Puckett and Irene Odum; and his grandchildren, Akil R. Sharperson (Lauren) and Dr. Camara Sharperson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews.
