He is survived by: his wife Patrica Hartley Mills; his brother Marty Mills of Sandy Run, SC; and his mother-in-law Dora Hartley of Neeses, SC.. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and their family, sisters-in-law and their family, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
