He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Campbell; his children, Charles "Rick" Campbell, Thomas "Tommy" Campbell (Susie), Mariea J. Mishoe, Julie A. Henline and James "David" Richburg; his brother JD Campbell (Thelma); and his grandchildren, Matthew M. Campbell (Della), Rachel N. Henline (Corey Booth), Austin Mishoe (Kelsey), Todd Eric Henline, Jr. (Gabie), Emalee Richburg, Matthew Richburg, Andrew J. Henline and Chloe E. Campbell. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
