He is survived by: his parent Emma Melton Hartsell; his child Richard Keith "Rick" Hartsell; his wife Anna Mori of Lake Wylie, SC; and his grandchildren, Miranda June Daniels (Justin), Clifford Neal Hartsell, Tara Cope, Kelly Lanee Hartsell, Emma Davis and Carson Riley Davis. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
