He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Roach and Theory Pansy Metcalf Roach; his wife Mary Louise Roach; and his grandson Ryan Roach. He is survived by: his children, Richard G. Roach of Gaston, Tammy Frazee of Gaston, Patricia Kohl of Gaston and Danny E. Roach of Gaston. He is also survived by six grandsons and one granddaughter; seven great grandchildren.
