She is survived by: her children, Anthony Smith (Margie), Tammy Caudill, Traci Rish (Allen) and Sherri Kelly (Tony); her stepdaughter Suzie Cunningham (James); her grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Lauren Brann (Walt), Erin Taylor (Kyle), Austin Caudill, Michael Rish, Adriane Miller, Marlaina Spencer, Alivia, Cecilia and Tennessa Cunningham; her great grandchildren, Sophia Taylor and Jaxson Brann; and her siblings, Steve Spires and Anne Koon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial donations to be made to Swansea First Baptist Church.
