He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Causey and Alice Joyner Causey; his stepmother Edna Causey; and his brothers, Lonnie D. Causey, Willie H. Causey, Archie W. Causey, Larry L. Causey, Winfred E. Causey and James E. Causey.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Causey; his children, Lynn Mitchum (David) of Mt. Pleasant, Gwen Johnston (Rusty) of Daytona Beach, FL and Wayne Causey (Angel) of Moncks Corner; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Bundy, Joyce J. Rabon (Ronald) and Mike Johnson (Maria); and his nephew Jason Causey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
