He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Mary Ellen Holt, Donnie and Jewel Lollis; and his uncle Michael Lollis. He is survived by : his wife Amber Simmons Cason; his parents, Van Cason and Christy Lollis Cason of Belton; his children, Thomas Cason of Travelers Rest, Jacob Benton of Gaffney, Makayla Benton of Gaffney and Emma Cody of Gaffney; his grandfather Paul Cason of Belton; his uncle Brian Lollis of Belton; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Reynolds of Spartanburg and Ashley Dillon of Gaffney; his parents-in-law, Kirk and Gina Reynolds of Gaffney; his great-aunt Judy Brock of Honea Path; and his cousin Chris Lollis (Faith) of Spartanburg.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home & Crematory (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the East Spartanburg Church of God (134 Brooklyn Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
