He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie H. Phillips and Millie Hayes Phillips; and his brothers, Timothy Bobo Phillips and Mike Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Phillips (Donna) of Gaffney, Julia Padgett (Patrick) of Chesnee and Shelia Onorato (Armand) of Roebuck; and his sister-in-law Patsy Phillips of Gaffney.
