He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Marion Wood and Lounette Wood; his parents-in-law, Undean Ruppe and Solon Ruppe; and his brother-in-law Jim Holland.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ruppe Wood; and his siblings, Steve Wood (Gay) and Dianne Holland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
