With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Terrell Poindexter of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on December 23, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodrow Poindexter and Alma Lee Welch Poindexter; and his brother Clarence Poindexter. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Phillips Poindexter; his children, Marty Robbins (Rhonda) of Gaffney, Robin Horton (Randy) of Gaffney, Carol McCullough (Dean) of Seneca and Kim Hill (Keith) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Lauren Clark (Adam), Kristin Upchurch (Josh), Katie Melton (Michael) and Luke Robbins; and his great grandchildren, Asher Clark, John David Clark and Levi Upchurch.
