He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lewis Mullinax and Gladys Thompson Mullinax; and his siblings, Sally Mullinax and Paul Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lib" Ann Howard Mullinax; his children, Thomas Earl Mullinax of Gaffney, Myra Elizabeth McCoy of Gaffney and Polly Mullinax of Gaffney; his siblings, John Amos Mullinax (Linda) of Gaffney, Dean Mullinax of Gaffney, Jimmy Mullinax (Mary) of Gaffney, Idell Mullinax of Gaffney, Gloria Acrey of Gaffney and Betty Mullinax (Mitchell) of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Lacey Ellison (Adam), Kasey Mullinax and Krystal Spencer (Brad). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren on the way; numerous nieces and nephews.
