He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Ward Lowe; his mother Faye Hardin Lowe of Mayo; his children, Howard Earl Lowe (Christy) of Gaffney and Diane Lowe Gray (James) of Spartanburg; his stepdaughters, Roxanne Felker Yelton of Gaffney and Christy Felker Poole (Steve) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, James Gray, Sarah Elizabeth Gray, Hannon Lowe and Cameron Lowe; his stepgrandchildren, John Yelton, Josh Yelton, Nikki Ruppe (Jamie), D. J. White and Bailey Poole; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Anakin Ruppe, Jensen Ruppe, Maverick White, Waylon White and Brynleigh Oglesby.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
