He was predeceased by: his son Bradley Arrington Smoak. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Elizabeth Smoak; and his sisters, Susan Smoak Goodman (Sam) of Kannapolis, NC and Sara Smoak Seay of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by her many friends and cousins.
