Vivian Melton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 92, Vivian Melton of Gaffney, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl F. Melton; her parents, John Rhett Davis and Ethel Peeler Davis Wright; her stepfather Arthur Wright; and her sister Kathleen Davis Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Mesimer (Dale) of North Wilkesboro, NC, Sandy Melton of Myrtle Beach, SC and Rhett Melton (Grenelda "Geny") of Gastonia, NC; her grandsons, Daniel Mesimer, Eric Mesimer, Justin Melton and Tyler Melton; and her siblings, Shirley Wright Turner of Gaffney, SC, Michael Wright (Donna) of Charlotte, NC and Benny Wright of Gaffney, SC.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
