She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Echoles and Elizabeth McAbee Echoles; and her brothers, Roger, Ben, Theodore and David "Rooster" Echoles.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Mullinax; her daughter Lisa Michelle Viola Mullinax; and her siblings, Joann McAbee, Dora Hamrick and Jimmy "Hambone" McAbee.
