She was predeceased by: her parents, Sonny Owens and Georgia Haulbrooks Owens; and her sister Donna Pennington. She is survived by: her spouse Garren Brower; her children, Jay Brower of Startex, Jessica Phillips of Startex and Macy Brower of Startex; her sisters, Tammy Godwin (Ben) of Gaffney and Bridgette Partin (Bobby) of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Zoey Phillips, Mason Phillips and Colton Burgess.
