He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Owens and Martha Wilson Owens. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Quinn Owens; his children, Brandon Quinn of Gaffney, Chris Quinn of Gaffney and Ashley Hawn (Tom) of Columbia; his brothers, Franklin Owens Jr. of Gaffney, Jeff Owens (Therease) of Boiling Springs and Greg Owens of Enoree; and his grandchildren, Brady, Genna, Senora, Natalie, Kayleigh and Josephine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
