He is survived by: his mother Patricia Turner Ramsey; his children, Johnathan Ramsey, Terrill Ramsey Jr. and Brittany Ramsey; his sister Tammy R. Wilkie; and his aunts, Corlis Hughey, Mary Jeffcoat, Gala Bright and Rita Pennington.
