She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chariker and Carolyn Turner Chariker; and her son Nghien Nguyen, III. She is survived by: her spouse Nghien "Nick" Van Nguyen; her children, Lewis Snow of New Mexico, Brittany Terwilliger of Shelby, NC and Alaina Nguyen of Alabama; and her siblings, Freddie Chariker of Blacksburg and Cindy Chariker of Gaffney.
