He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Earl Scruggs and Rebecca Blackwell Scruggs; his uncle Connell Scruggs of Chesnee; his aunt Carrie Lucille Bridges (Donald) of Forest City, NC; and his cousin Diane Gentry of Spartanburg.
