He is survived by: his son Stephen Edwards (Ashlee); his stepson Michael Allen; his daughter Kyndra Edwards; and his sisters, Joann McCarter (Johnny), Brenda Whitworth (John), Betty Shelnut (Ronnie) and April Edwards. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
