She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Hughey and Geraldin Dixon Hughey; her son Bobby Gene Owens, Jr.; and her half-brother Eddie Hughey. She is survived by: her husband Marvin R. Owens; her daughter Krystal Owens Sanders (Greg) of Gaffney; her half-brothers, Robbie Hughey of Blacksburg and Timothy Hughey of Blacksburg; her sisters, Gail Parker of Gaffney and Kay McDaniel (Mike) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Kaycee Davenport (Danny) and Justin Sanders; and her great grandchildren, Alayna Davenport, Rylin Davenport, Leah Sanders and Lydia Sanders.
