We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Sara Martin of Gaffney, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Willard Martin, Sr.; her parents, Joe Grady and Lillian Stowe Reid; her daughter Debbi Martin Powell; and her brothers, Richard Michael Reid and Joe Edward Reid.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Martin (Shevell) of Black Mountain, NC, Skip Martin (Kim) of Simpsonville and Phillip Martin (Debbie) of Anderson; her son-in-law Lynn Powell of Gaffney; her sister-in-law Margie White (Calvin) of Blacksburg; and her grandchildren, Joey Powell (Adair), Lynne Shackleford (Jon), Missy Rudd, Danielle Stevens, Erica Campbell (Guy), Nick Martin (Melissa), Travis Martin (Heather), Sara Martin and Kyle Smith (Nikki). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
