He was predeceased by: his father Robert Spinks; his brother Mike Spinks; and his grandparents, Banks, Thelma Lucas, Johnny and Edna Spinks.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Spinks; his sisters, Tammy Gibson (Marvin) and Amanda Roof (Brad); his sister-in-law Becky Spinks Montgomery; his nieces and nephews, Tela Potvin (Billy) and Rain Sutton (Hunter); his grandchildren, Camdyn Varner, Holden Sutton, Emilynn Potvin and Huntlee Sutton; his nieces and nephews, Michael Gibson (Katlyn), Gage Spinks (Gracie), Marvin Gibson, Bentley Gibson, Trotter Roof, Brooke Black (Brandon) and Carly Gibson; his great-nephews, Brandon Black, Wesley Gibson and Ryder Spinks; and also Haven Spinks.
