He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Harris and Pearlie Cash Harris; his siblings, Agnes Revels, Lorena Campbell, Gaynell Johnson and Johnny Harris; and his grandson Aaron Shawn Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Sailor Harris; his sons, Raymond Harris, Jr. of Gaffney and Patrick Harris of Gaffney; his siblings, Alfred Harris of Chesnee, Betty Fagan of Columbus, NC and Guynell Phillips of Gaffney; his granddaughter Amanda Brewington; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Chase, William, Masen and Maverick.
