With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Vassey of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on April 27, 2024 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Lee Vassey; and his grandparents, Elizabeth Darwin, Winfred and JoAnne Vassey. He is survived by: his mother Martha D. Vassey; his children, Jacob Ryan Vassey and Madison Grace Vassey; his brother Jeff Vassey (Mollie); his nephews, Nicholas Ethan Vassey and John Phillip Vassey; and his niece Emma Elizabeth Vassey.
